The Atlantic Water Gardens 1/2 HP fountain replacement float (single piece) is the buoyancy body replacement for the larger 1/2 HP floating fountain pump. 1/2 HP Float Characteristics
The 1/2 HP float body is proportionally larger than the 1/4 HP version to provide the additional buoyancy needed for the heavier 1/2 HP pump motor. The single-piece design distributes the pump weight evenly across the full float volume, providing better lateral stability in wind and reducing the rocking motion that can interrupt a symmetrical spray pattern on choppy water.
Installation
Remove the 1/2 HP pump motor from the damaged float using the pump coupler. Install the pump into the replacement float and return to the water body. No tools required for standard pump-to-float transfer.
