The float ring maintains this critical positioning automatically as pond water levels fluctuate through evaporation, rainfall, and seasonal changes. How to Replace
Remove the AquaSkim from the pond. Release the float ring from the skimmer body per the AquaSkim disassembly guide. Install the new float ring and confirm it is securely attached. Return the skimmer to the pond and observe its floating position — the intake weir should sit flush with the water surface. Adjust the installation depth if needed to achieve the correct weir position.
