How to Replace
Disconnect all power and plumbing from the Biopress 1600. Remove the existing lid by releasing all clamps. Transfer the UV bulb assembly carefully to the new lid. Reconnect inlet, outlet, and UV connections. Install clamps and torque firmly. Restart the filter and inspect all lid connection points for seepage under operating pressure. Replace lid seals simultaneously if not included with the replacement lid.
