Atlantic Water Gardens Complete Aeration System With Two Diffusers

Two Diffusers for Better Coverage

The Atlantic Water Gardens complete two-diffuser aeration system provides a pre-matched kit with an air pump, weighted airline tubing, and two diffusers — everything required to provide two-zone aeration coverage in a medium to large pond. With two diffusers placed strategically, you achieve better dissolved oxygen distribution than a single diffuser can deliver, especially in ponds with irregular shapes or significant depth variation.

Two-Zone Oxygen Distribution

Placing two diffusers at opposite ends of a pond or at different depths creates a circulation pattern that pushes water from both bottom corners toward the centre and surface. This convective mixing prevents dead zones from forming in areas the single diffuser couldn't reach. For Canadian ponds over 20,000 L (5,300 gal) with more than 10 koi, two-zone aeration is the practical minimum for sustained fish health through the hottest and coldest periods of the year.

Kit Contents Air pump, weighted airline tubing, two diffusers
Recommended Pond Size 15,000–30,000 L (4,000–8,000 gal)
Diffuser Count 2
Voltage 120V, 60 Hz
Safe For Koi, goldfish, turtles, aquatic plants

How to Use

Mount the air pump above waterline in a sheltered location. Run tubing to both diffuser positions and submerge. Position one diffuser at the deepest point and one in a secondary dead-zone area. Balance airflow between the two lines if the pump includes individual valves. Run continuously year-round including through winter freeze-over to maintain open-water aeration points.

Ideal for medium Canadian koi ponds and water gardens where a single diffuser leaves oxygen gaps.
