Microbe-Lift 12 Oz. Microbe-lift High Growth & Energy

High-Protein Koi Food for Peak Development

Microbe-Lift Legacy High Growth & Energy is the highest-protein food in the Legacy lineup, formulated for periods when koi need maximum caloric support, specifically late spring when water warms up and fall when fish are preparing for winter dormancy. At 40% crude protein and 7% fat, it is designed to make the most of the warm growing window.

Maximum Nutrition When Growth Potential Peaks

At 20°C (68°F) and above, koi metabolism accelerates and growth potential reaches its seasonal high. High Growth & Energy is timed for this warm window, June through August , when fish can fully digest and benefit from a higher protein load. In early fall (September–October), it supports fat accumulation before water temperatures drop below 10°C (50°F) and feeding tapers off. Contains stabilised Vitamin C and added colour enhancers, and won't cloud the water.

How to Use

Feed High Growth & Energy a minimum of 3 times per week, or up to 4 times daily at 2–3% of fish body weight. Use when pond water is consistently above 20°C (68°F) for best digestibility and growth results. Reduce feeding frequency and transition to a lower-protein food as water temperatures drop below 15°C (59°F) in fall. Works best when rotated with Summer Staple during the prime growing season.

Ideal for koi hobbyists focused on growth and colour development, ponds with younger fish building size, and Canadian pond keepers wanting to maximise the warm-season growth window from late June through August.
