Weekly Water Clarity Treatment for Birdbaths

Microbe-Lift Birdbath Clear is a dual-action water treatment formulated specifically for birdbaths, keeping water clear and surfaces clean with a single weekly teaspoon. One application per week prevents the mineral deposits, hard water stains, and organic cloudiness that make birdbaths unsightly and discourages bird visits.

Clean, Clear Birdbath Water: One Teaspoon at a Time

Birdbath water rapidly develops white scale from hard tap water on the basin surface, and organic debris from bird activity, leaves, and algae can cloud the water within a few days. Birdbath Clear uses two technologies in parallel: one prevents mineral and scale deposits from bonding to the birdbath surface, while a bio-enzymatic system breaks down the organic matter that causes cloudiness. The result is cleaner water and a cleaner basin between drain-and-scrub maintenance sessions. The 4 oz bottle provides approximately 17 weekly treatments, enough for an entire active bird season from May through October.

How to Use

Add 5 mL (1 teaspoon) directly to the birdbath water once per week. No draining or scrubbing required for routine maintenance. For a new birdbath or one with heavy existing staining, an initial clean with Microbe-Lift Soy-Based Statuary Cleaner is recommended before starting Birdbath Clear treatments. Top up the birdbath with fresh water as needed between weekly doses and re-dose after each complete water change.

Ideal for residential birdbaths, decorative water dishes near pond gardens, wildlife garden ponds, and outdoor water feature setups where birds bathe regularly and water quality between cleanings is a priority.
