The Oase FiltoClear G1 3000 mesh tube (part 24854) traps leaves, debris, and suspended particles as water passes through the cylindrical mesh. When the mesh becomes torn or permanently clogged with mineral scale, water bypasses the tube and returns to the pond only partially filtered.
