Lighting is an often-overlooked aspect of pond design and should be considered for all ponds even during construction. Sometimes as little as a single well-placed light makes all the difference.

If you have a water fall or watercourse, try uplighting the falling water. Hide a flood light along the side of the pond to illuminate fish and Koi for dramatic effect. Or illuminate marginal plants from below the water surface to complement your landscape lighting.

The LunaAqua Lighting System makes it possible to hide much of the wiring as only one cable has to go inside the pond: the transformer and all cabling for the lights are hidden below the water surface. The easy connect system makes it possible to use each transfomer fully with as many lights as needed (limited only by total wattage). This way even complex lighting systems are possible.
