This service kit fits the 80 / 120 / 150 Watt SMART HO UV models 2" union ports.

Includes:

• 2 - O-rings for 2" unions
• Clear Power Supply Module O-ring
• Power Supply Gasket
• Quartz Sleeve Gasket
• Quartz Sleeve O-ring

NOTE: All UV Sterilizer gaskets and O-rings must be replaced annually to ensure a watertight seal.
