This service kit fits the 12 / 18 / 25 / 40 / 65 Watt SMART UV Sterilizers and the older SMART HO UV Sterilizer models (with 1.5" union ports).

Includes:

• (2) I/O O-rings
• (1) Clear Power Supply Module O-ring
• (1) Power Supply Gasket
• (1) Quartz Sleeve Gasket
• (1) Quartz Sleeve O-ring

NOTE:

 All UV Sterilizer gaskets and O-rings must be replaced annually to ensure a watertight seal.
