Installation
Depressurize the filter before removing the old handle. Note how the original handle was seated and which direction the retention mechanism faces before removal. Seat the new handle fully into the mounting point and test movement before returning the filter to service. If the filter requires opening during normal use, always relieve pressure first, never force a pressurized filter open by the handle.
