Replacement Shaft Adaptor for Pondmaster Pressurized Filters
The shaft adaptor connects the filter housing lid to the internal valve assembly, transferring the lid's rotation into valve movement. When the shaft bends, cracks, or strips at its connection points, the valve cannot open or close fully even when the handle turns freely. This universal replacement adaptor restores full valve travel on all Pondmaster pressurized filter models.

Installation
Depressurize and drain the filter before disassembly. Open the filter housing and remove the old shaft. Inspect the valve seat and lid coupling point for secondary wear before installing the replacement. Seat the new shaft fully in both connection points before reassembling. Test by cycling the valve through full open and closed positions before reinstalling the filter lid completely. Pressurize and check for leaks before returning to service.
