Internal Flow Tube Replacement for PF750 Filters
The PondMax Replacement Center Tube directs water flow through the media chamber inside a PondMax PF750 Pressure Filter, forcing the full flow of water through the surrounding filter pads rather than allowing it to bypass through the middle of the tank. A cracked or collapsed center tube causes unfiltered water to pass straight through the filter.
Keeps Water Flowing Through the Media, Not Around It
The center tube is a perforated core that channels water outward through the filter pads before it exits the tank, which is what forces mechanical and biological filtration to actually happen. Over time, the tube can crack from pressure cycling or collapse if the filter has been run dry, and once it fails, water finds the path of least resistance straight through the tube instead of through the media. This shows up as cloudy water despite a filter that appears to be running normally.

How to Use
Drain the filter and remove the lid, media pads, and internal manifold to access the center tube. Lift out the damaged tube and inspect the base seal before installing the replacement in the same orientation. Reload the filter pads around the tube before reassembling the lid.
Ideal for PF750 owners troubleshooting persistently cloudy water when the filter pads, pump, and UV clarifier are all otherwise functioning correctly.
