Complete Tank Replacement for PF1200 Filters
The PondMax Replacement Tank for the PF1200 replaces the main pressure vessel of the filter when the original tank has cracked, warped, or developed a leak that cannot be repaired at a fitting or seal. The tank houses the internal media, center tube, and manifold, and swapping it lets you reuse the existing lid, valve, and UV components.
Full Pressure Vessel Replacement
The tank body carries the entire operating pressure of the filtration system, and any crack in the moulded plastic, no matter how small, will eventually leak under pressure. Impact damage from winterizing or storage, along with UV embrittlement over multiple seasons, are the most common causes of tank failure. Replacing the tank on its own, rather than the entire filter unit, preserves your existing lid assembly, UV components, and internal media if they are still in good condition.

How to Use
Fully disassemble the filter, removing the lid, internal media, center tube, and any attached fittings from the old tank. Transfer these components into the new tank in the same order and orientation, then reinstall the lid and confirm a full pressure seal before returning the filter to service.
